The mobile learning developed for children with special needs have limited users even within the same disability because severity in varies greatly a specific disability. Mobile these currently uses model used by any application development where it caters masses rather than focusing on personalisation. objective of this paper is to propose needs, named APIE. ADDIE generic instructional system design that consists processes: Analysis, Design, Develop, Implement and Evaluate. APIE modification from model, which makes model. iterates develop processes under Personalisation stage explore most suitable way customisation individual learning. applied Dyslexic Children assist read spell. Through APIE, application, DysleRead produced. integrates two classroom approaches: sight word phonic teachers can set monitor children. find helpful teach This shows produced using meets cater personalisation need without undermining role teachers.
